I can’t imagine why Walmart doesn’t make this “food’s” ingredient list available online. I’ve looked at it in the store and it’s absolutely laughable. I’ve read so many testimonials online about this food wrecking the health of dogs that it’s sickening. Their foods have tested positive a few times for the chemical that puts pets to sleep at the vet’s office. Does that make you wonder?
What’s good about this food….
From looking at the label, nothing.
….and what’s not so good.
High grain use, by-products rampant, very limited nutritional value.
Only available in Walmart.

Another brand just looking for cash its sad to see just how many there really are specially here in Australia land of really bad dog food lol
To be honest I’m not sure how anyone can make this food and go home and live the rest of their life knowing that they helped kill millions of dogs because at the end of the day no matter the money I could never do it.

Although Australia has a limited pet food market compared to the US, there’s still some good foods around if you search for them. You can buy Artemis at My Pet Warehouse, which is a great grain-free food, and also the Aussie made Black Hawk which is pretty good. Canidae is also available at a number of pet shops and a food I’ve never had any complaints about:

For the sake of my future dog and for my own well being I’ve been researching all types of foods lately for the past year and will continue to do so until the very end and hope that its enough for my dog to live a full and healthy life.
Besides that there is indeed some not bad food here but nothing on the scale of Nutriment from the UK or Orijen from several places.
But like I said once the time comes whether it be 5-10-15 years away ill keep researching the more I learn now the better choices ill make in the future.
Perhaps there will be new brands by the time I get that dog, better brands with better more wholesome ingredients and better prices haha you never know!
